Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Construction Manager to lead and oversee high-profile construction projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, strong technical expertise, and proven leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all stages of construction projects from initiation to completion. Lead project teams, including site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and ensure adherence to timelines and cost control. Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, quality, and safety. Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain clear communication and resolve issues promptly. Implement risk management strategies and troubleshoot challenges proactively. Drive continuous improvement in project execution and team performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, with proven leadership in complex projects. Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices. Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
