Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Senior Construction Manager** to lead large-scale construction initiatives, oversee compliance frameworks, and align project strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities * **Construction Strategy**: Define and implement frameworks for project execution and delivery. * **Project Oversight**: Manage schedules, budgets, and resources across multiple construction sites. * **Risk Management**: Identify construction-related risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and safety requirements. * **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of digital construction tools, BIM, and sustainable practices. * **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and regulators to align project goals with business objectives. * **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, milestones, and delivery metrics. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor project managers and engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * 12+ years of construction management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **construction frameworks** and GCC regulatory environments. * Expertise in project execution, risk management, and compliance. * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional infrastructure organizations preferred.
