**Senior Construction Manager** MG Apizaco – Doha, Qatar Location: Salwa Road Salary: QAR 41,000 per month MG Apizaco is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Construction Manager to oversee major construction and infrastructure projects in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will lead all construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key responsibilities include managing project execution from planning through completion, supervising construction teams and subcontractors, monitoring project schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, safety regulations, and contractual requirements. The Senior Construction Manager will coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and effective communication across all phases of construction. The role also involves overseeing resource allocation, conducting site inspections, resolving technical and operational issues, managing risk assessments, and implementing quality assurance and cost-control measures. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence and ensuring project objectives are consistently achieved. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, with extensive experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management systems, contract administration, and HSE standards is essential. Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are considered an advantage.
