Senior Construction Manager (Saudi)

JASARA PMC is searching for a Senior Construction Manager for their landmark endeavor poised to redefine the construction landscape. You will play a key role in driving quality, safety, and performance while collaborating closely with a range of stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors. Responsibilities * Direct and manage the construction activities for the project from inception to completion. * Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations. * Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain vision and clarity in project execution. * Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. * Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards and specifications. * Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns proactively. * Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction phase in a timely manner. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * At least 15 years of experience in construction management, with significant experience in large-scale projects. * Prior experience in managing cultural or civic projects is a plus. * Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards. * Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in project management software and tools. * Fluency in English * **Saudi candidates** are highly preferred.
