Senior Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer to support the execution of major Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects across the GCC region. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, engineering coordination, and project support to ensure successful delivery of projects in accordance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements. Key Responsibilities * Provide engineering support and technical expertise throughout project execution. * Review and coordinate engineering deliverables, drawings, and technical documentation. * Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and company procedures. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and clients. * Support project planning, design reviews, construction activities, and commissioning phases. * Identify technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions. * Monitor engineering progress and support timely project completion. * Participate in risk assessments, technical meetings, and project reviews. * Maintain compliance with HSE and quality standards throughout project execution. Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, IT, Computer, Software, Electronics, or equivalent) from an accredited university. * Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry. * Minimum 5 years of GCC experience is preferred. * At least 3 years of experience in a similar position on international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects. * Strong experience in FEED, EPC, engineering design, construction support, or project execution activities. Required Skills * Strong technical and engineering coordination skills. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Strong communication and teamwork capabilities. * Familiarity with international engineering standards and best practices. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. * Good knowledge of engineering software and MS Office applications. Preferred Candidate Profile * Experience working with international EPC contractors and major clients. * Strong organizational and project coordination abilities. * Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
