Join us. **Job Description** * Review and verify process design calculations for sewage treatment plants (STP), pumping stations, and irrigation systems * Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality standards, guidelines, and regulations * Evaluate hydraulic profiles, flow diagrams (PFDs), and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) * Assess treatment processes (primary, secondary, tertiary) and recommend improvements * Review contractor’s technical submittals related to process equipment and systems * Verify design reports, method statements, and material submittals * Coordinate with DM for approvals, comments, and design clarifications * Review and respond to RFIs related to process engineering * valuate and inspect installation of process equipment such as: Pumps, blowers, filters, clarifiers Chemical dosing systems Odor control systems * Ensure equipment meets project specifications and performance criteria * Witness factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) * Monitor installation of process systems to ensure compliance with approved drawings * Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams for interface issues * Conduct site inspections and issue observations/NCRs where required * Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards * articipate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities * Verify system performance against design parameters * Monitor trial runs and process optimization * Ensure proper calibration of instruments and control systems * nsure all works comply with project specifications, DM standards, and international codes * Support QA/QC processes and documentation * Review O&M manuals and as-built documentation **Additional Information** *At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.* ***To support this commitment, all newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.*** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
