Technical Oversight Review engineering plans, calculations, specifications, and design proposals to ensure technical accuracy and compliance. Project Delivery Collaborate with project directors and operations teams to ensure engineering milestones are delivered on schedule and within budget. Team Development Mentor senior engineers, engineering managers, and technical specialists while building a high-performance engineering culture. Stakeholder Management Present technical strategies, engineering recommendations, and project risk assessments to executive management, clients, and consultants. Quality and Compliance Ensure all engineering work complies with Saudi regulations, international engineering standards, and internal quality protocols. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **What We Are Looking For?** Experience 10+ years of engineering experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial development, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline. Technical Expertise Strong understanding of large-scale project execution, engineering standards, contract management, and technical risk mitigation. Language Skills English (Professional) is required for technical reporting and executive communication. Arabic is considered a strong advantage.
