You will play a central role in technical decision-making from day one. **Modern Tools:** We utilize advanced engineering software, BIM systems, and integrated project platforms to ensure precision and efficiency across all projects. **Growth:** You will have access to high-profile regional projects, leadership development programs, and industry events across the GCC. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **Key Responsibilities** **Engineering Leadership:** Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams across design and execution phases. **Technical Oversight:** Review and approve engineering designs, ensuring compliance with international standards and Qatar regulations. **Project Integration:** Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless coordination between design and construction. **Process Optimization:** Implement best practices, improve engineering workflows, and enhance overall project efficiency. **Stakeholder Management:** Present technical solutions and recommendations to clients, consultants, and senior leadership with clarity and confidence. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **What We Are Looking For** **Experience:** 10+ years in engineering (civil, mechanical, or related fields), with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role. **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus). Professional certifications or chartered status are highly preferred. **Technical Skills:** Strong expertise in engineering design, BIM tools, and project coordination across large-scale developments. **Regional Knowledge:** Experience in Qatar or the GCC, with a solid understanding of local codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. **Language Skills:** English (C1) is required for professional communication; Arabic is an advantage. **Mindset:** You are strategic and detail-oriented.
