Senior Estimation Engineer - Civil

We are a leading construction company in Dubai looking for a highly skilled and analytical **Senior Estimation Engineer (Civil)** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and technically compliant cost estimates for our current and upcoming projects **What We Look For (Requirements)** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. * **Experience:** 5 to 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE market. * **Software:** Advanced skills in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools (Candy, CostX, or PlanSwift). * **Skills:** Strong knowledge of local UAE market rates, supplier networks, and FIDIC contracts. * **Traits:** Sharp attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and ability to meet tight bid deadlines.
