Senior Estimator - Carpentry

**Job Title: Senior Estimator – Joinery & Interior Fit-Out** **Location:** Qatar We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior Estimator** to join our growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the joinery, carpentry, and interior fit-out industry and will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tender submissions, and supporting the successful execution of projects from pre-contract to award stage. Key Responsibilities * Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents. * Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for joinery and interior fit-out projects. * Conduct quantity take-offs and material assessments. * Analyze project costs, including materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead expenses. * Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. * Manage the tendering and bidding process from inception to submission. * Identify project risks and develop cost-effective solutions. * Monitor project budgets and evaluate cost variances. * Collaborate with project managers, designers, engineers, and commercial teams. * Ensure all estimates comply with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards. Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Minimum **10 years of experience** in estimation within the joinery, carpentry, or interior fit-out industry. * Proven track record in handling medium to large-scale joinery and fit-out projects. * Strong understanding of joinery materials, manufacturing processes, and construction methodologies. * Experience in quantity surveying, cost analysis, and tender preparation. * Knowledge of MEP and Civil packages will be an added advantage. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, estimation software, and project management tools. Preferred Candidate Profile * Age between **30 and 45 years**. * Currently available in Qatar or the local market. * Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred. * Strong background in joinery estimation and tendering activities. Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR16,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
