The ideal candidate will produce high-caliber multimedia assets, balancing traditional design excellence with AI-driven efficiency to align with the company's strategic vision.​Core Responsibilities: ​Advanced Graphic Design: Conceptualize, architect, and execute high-fidelity graphic materials, branding assets, and digital typography, ensuring strict adherence to corporate identity standards.​Video Post-Production: Manage end-to-end video editing workflows, transforming raw footage into compelling, professional visual narratives and promotional content.​AI-Enhanced Workflows: Strategically utilize generative AI platforms and tools to optimize design and video pipelines, expedite workflows, and enhance visual outputs without compromising the core artistic integrity.​Operational Resilience: Formulate and deliver complex multimedia projects under stringent deadlines, maintaining high operational efficiency during rapid-turnaround cycles (e.g., executing full-scale production and montage within strict 48-hour delivery windows).​Cross-functional Synchronization: Coordinate collaboratively with strategic and creative departments to synthesize conceptual briefs into tangible, high-quality visual deliverables.​Professional Qualifications & Competencies:​Experience: A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated professional tenure as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor in a corporate or agency environment.​Technical Mastery: Advanced, provable proficiency in industry-standard software ecosystems (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).​AI Acumen: Strong operational knowledge of AI-driven content generation systems to assist and elevate traditional design and editing processes.​Cognitive Flexibility: Exceptional stress tolerance and the capacity to manage concurrent tasks seamlessly, maintaining meticulous attention to detail under high-pressure scenarios.​Linguistic Proficiency: Professional working fluency in Kurdish and English is mandatory.
