Senior Interior Designer - Site Engineer

Working parallel to our Team Leader, you will be the design authority- ensuring every concept, presentation, and deliverable reflects the standard our luxury clients expect. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on client interaction, takes pride in polished output, and naturally elevates everything they touch. Key Responsibilities: Design Ownership * Lead design direction on projects-from concept development to final presentation * Oversee submissions, mood boards, and material boards to ensure they meet the highest standards * Maintain design intent and quality from first sketch to project completion Client Communication * Present designs directly to clients with confidence and clarity * Manage client meetings, feedback sessions, and revisions independently * Handle all written communication professionally- emails, proposals, and reports that are clear and client-ready Collaboration * Work alongside the Team Leader - you own design quality, they coordinate execution * Provide design guidance and input to team members when needed * Lead on specialized or high-profile projects requiring senior expertise What Success Looks Like * Clients receive polished, impressive presentations * Communication is clear, professional, and builds client confidence * Projects run smoothly with minimal back-and-forth or clarification needed Required Skills & Experience Design Expertise * Minimum 4-6 years in interior design (Commercial, hospitality, or fit-out) * Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development through to execution * Deep knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and detailing Technical Proficiency (Must-Have) * AutoCAD * SketchUp * 3ds Max (or similar visualization software) * Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Communication & Organization * Excellent written and verbal English * Confident presenting and articulating design decisions * Strong organizational skills- comfortable with systems, documentation, and project tracking This Role Is Not For You If * You prefer working behind the scenes and avoiding client interaction * You wait for detailed instructions before taking action * You are uncomfortable being accountable for the quality of final deliverables * Written communication is not your strength Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
