Job Description: Sales Executive / Account Manager (CFD & Forex Brokerage)

We are a leading CFD and Forex brokerage expanding our commercial team in Dubai, and we are looking for motivated Sales Executives and Account Managers to join us. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 1-3 years of experience in Forex, CFD, or financial services sales who are eager to grow their careers in a fast-paced brokerage environment.
This is an onsite position based in Dubai with a focus on the MENA region. Both Arabic and English are mandatory languages for this role. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the Arabic-speaking market.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and social media. You will qualify leads, conduct sales presentations, and close deals with prospective clients across the MENA region. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You will meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, forecast your sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. You will also stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments in the Forex and CFD space.
The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of proven experience in Forex, CFD, or financial services sales. Experience in a CFD or Forex brokerage is highly preferred. You must be fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal), with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should have a strong understanding of Forex and CFD markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments. Knowledge of leverage, margin trading, risk management, and basic technical analysis is essential.
You should be confident working in a target-driven environment with a proactive mindset and resilience to handle rejection. Strong relationship-building skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to work independently are essential. You should be proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
