**Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities**
As Senior Management Accountant, you will support the financial management of one or more regions, delivering accurate reporting, robust control and insightful analysis. Working in a complex, multi‑entity environment, you will act as a trusted finance partner to the business, supporting decision‑making, continuous improvement and effective governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year.
- Maintain balance‑sheet integrity through reconciliations, review of key accounts and adherence to group accounting policies.
- Partner with regional commercial and operational teams to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions and highlight risks and opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes, ensuring forecasts are robust and aligned with business priorities.
- Support audit, statutory and compliance activities across regional and international entities.
- Identify and deliver process improvements to strengthen financial controls, reporting quality and operational efficiency.
**About You**
You are a proactive, commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in complex environments. You are confident operating independently, building trusted stakeholder relationships and improving how finance supports the organisation.
Skills & Experience:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong experience in management accounting, financial reporting and performance analysis.
- Experience working in a multi‑entity and/or international environment.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to manage competing priorities with confidence.
