Senior Mechanical Engineer

**Responsibilities:** * Oversee and supervise the construction activities related to steel structural projects. * Ensure compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. * Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. * Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective measures as necessary. * Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members. Prepare regular progress reports and communicate effectively with the project stakeholders. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, particularly in steel structural projects. * Professional engineer (P.Eng) designation is preferred. * Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and practices. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
