We are looking for a **Senior Mechanical / HVAC Engineer (MEP Projects)** who can take ownership of complex HVAC system design, technical leadership, and project execution across multiple high-profile developments in Qatar. This is not just a design role—you will be a key decision-maker ensuring engineering excellence, energy efficiency, and compliance across all project stages. You will act as the technical lead between design, construction teams, consultants, and clients, ensuring that every system we deliver is efficient, compliant, and built to last. Your expertise will directly influence the success of major infrastructure and building projects across Doha. Key Responsibilities: **HVAC System Design Leadership:** Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of HVAC systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. **Engineering Review & Approval:** Review mechanical drawings, technical submittals, shop drawings, and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. **Project Coordination:** Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of MEP systems on-site. **Technical Problem Solving:** Resolve design conflicts, site issues, and engineering challenges during construction phases. **Standards & Compliance:** Ensure all HVAC designs comply with QCS, ASHRAE standards, and relevant international codes. **Site Support:** Conduct site visits to monitor installation quality and provide engineering guidance during execution. **Mentorship:** Support and guide junior engineers and technical staff to maintain high engineering standards. What We Are Looking For: **Experience:** 7+ years of experience in Mechanical / HVAC engineering within MEP and construction environments. **Technical Expertise:** Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, load calculations, ducting and piping systems, and energy efficiency solutions. **Project Exposure:** Experience working on large-scale building or infrastructure projects in the GCC region is highly preferred. **Tools & Software:** Familiarity with HVAC design tools, AutoCAD, and engineering calculation software. **Mindset:** You are detail-oriented, technically confident, and capable of making sound engineering decisions under project constraints. **Communication Skills:** Able to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clearly communicate technical solutions. نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل, دائم الراتب المدفوع: QAR٢٠٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: عمل هجين يتم عن بُعد في Doha (Doha)
