Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for **MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor** to join our team in Dubai. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for MEP systems from drawings and specifications. * Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, and pricing for MEP works. * Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements. * Monitor project budgets, material costs, labor costs, and cash flow. * Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement activities. * Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, variation orders, and final accounts. * Verify site measurements and progress quantities for billing purposes. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. * Track project variations and prepare commercial claims documentation. * Conduct cost analysis and provide value engineering recommendations. * Ensure compliance with contract terms, company standards, and project requirements. * Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. * Support project planning and forecasting activities. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying within construction projects. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, ELV, and MEP systems. * Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, hospital, or industrial projects preferred. * Proficiency in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract administration. * Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and construction commercial practices. * Strong skills in MS Excel, AutoCAD, PlanSwift, CostX, or related QS software. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects. **What We Provide:** * Competitive salary as per the market * Official employment under UAE Labour Law * Employment visa and medical insurance * Modern office and friendly environment at work If you are seeking dynamic growth and want to be part of a team who builds the future of Dubai, send your application!
