**Role Objective:** The Senior Performance Marketing Lead is the primary engine behind Spec Brite Group’s digital growth. This is not a "managerial" role that delegates; it is a **highly technical execution role**. You will be responsible for the entire funnel—from the creative hook that stops the scroll on Meta, to the server-side tracking that captures the data, to the conversion optimization on Shopify. You will replace our outgoing specialist and take our "Andromeda" scaling strategy to the next level. **Core Responsibilities:** **1. Performance Marketing & "Andromeda" Execution** * **Meta Ads Mastery:** Lead our "Creative-as-Targeting" strategy (Andromeda). You must be comfortable running **Broad/No-Interest targeting** and using creative testing to find the audience. * **Creative Briefing:** Work daily with our in-house designer team to brainstorm and test "Hooks" and "Hold Rates." You must be able to analyze video performance and tell the designer exactly why an ad failed or succeeded. * **Google Ads:** Manage high-intent search campaigns and Performance Max for the UAE market, ensuring high ranking for specific search terms with high ROAS. **2. Technical Analytics & "The Plumbing"** * **Tracking Architecture:** Maintain and optimize our **Server-Side GTM** and **Meta Conversions API (CAPI)**. You must ensure 100% data accuracy in a post-iOS 14.5 environment. * **AI Operations:** Integrate **Claude AI** into your daily workflow to analyze raw CSV data from Shopify, automate reporting, and generate high-converting ad copy and SEO metadata. * **CRO & User Behavior:** Use **Microsoft Clarity** and GA4 to identify friction in the Shopify checkout journey. You must be able to spot a "leak" in the funnel and fix it immediately. **3. Marketplace & D2C Storefront (Shopify)** * **Shopify/Wordpress Management:** Lead the day-to-day backend operations, ensuring product listings for high-ticket items are technically perfect. * **Amazon & Noon Strategy:** Optimize listings for the "Buy Box" and manage PPC/Amazon Advertising. Ensure all premium medical and wellness devices have elite-level A+ content. * **Technical SEO:** Execute on-page strategies to ensure we maintain the #1 organic spot for our exclusive brand keywords. **4. Strategic Growth & Inventory** * **Performance Reporting:** Move beyond "vanity metrics." You will report on **MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio)**, **New Customer Acquisition Cost (nCAC)**, and **LTV**. * **Inventory Orchestration:** Forecast demand for company's brands to ensure ad spend aligns with stock availability. **Specialist Requirements** * **Hands-on Experience:** 5+ years in Performance Marketing with a proven track record of scaling UAE-based e-commerce brands. * **The "Technician" Mindset:** You must be able to set up your own GTM tags, troubleshoot a pixel, and write a high-converting landing page. * **High-Ticket Expertise:** Experience selling "education-heavy" products (Medical/Wellness Tech) where the customer journey is longer than a standard impulse buy. * **Platform Mastery:** Advanced knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads Manager (Andromeda philosophy), GA4, GTM (Server-Side), and Microsoft Clarity. * **AI Fluent:** Proficient in using Claude/ChatGPT for data analysis and creative briefing. **KPIs for Success** * **Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER):** Overall health of the ad spend vs. total revenue. * **Conversion Rate (CR):** Improving the site-wide CR through constant A/B testing and CRO. * **Creative Performance:** Improving the "Hook Rate" and "Hold Rate" of our video assets monthly. * **Data Accuracy:** Maintaining a match rate of >90% for Meta Purchase events via CAPI. * **GMV Growth:** Monthly growth across Shopify, Amazon, and Noon. * **Seniority Level:** Mid-Senior level * **Industry:** * Wellness and Fitness Services * Retail Health and Personal Care Products * Advertising Services * **Employment Type:** Full-time * **Job Functions:** * Marketing * Information Technology * Business Development * **Skills** * Advertising * Sales * Performance Marketing * Analytical Skills * Marketing * Go-to-Market Strategy * Strategy * Server Side * Operations * Pay-Per-Click Marketing Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
