Senior Planner Construction

* Prepare, develop, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. * Monitor project progress and identify potential delays and risks. * Prepare baseline programs, recovery plans, and revised schedules as required. * Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations. * Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors regarding project timelines and milestones. * Conduct critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions when necessary. * Review project scope, manpower allocation, productivity rates, and resource loading. * Track project performance against approved schedules and contractual requirements. * Manage Extension of Time (EOT) claims and support contractual planning matters. * Liaise with relevant UAE authorities and ensure compliance with authority procedures and approvals. * Participate in project meetings and provide planning and scheduling support throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * 7–8 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, with UAE project experience. * Strong knowledge of UAE authority procedures and project approval processes. * Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project. * Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. * Immediate joiners are preferred.
