The ideal candidate will lead planning and monitoring activities for high-end custom projects, ensuring timely delivery, efficient resource utilization, and strict adherence to quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed plans up to Level-05 breakdown using Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project. * Gather data to identify inefficiencies and analyze project bottlenecks. * Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate delays. * Analyze data to produce detailed reports, cost estimates, and performance metrics (KPIs) for management. * Conduct feasibility analysis for new projects in relation to available resources and manpower. * Monitor and control budgeted vs. actual manhours; report deviations to management if project scope is under budget. * Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports. * Conduct delay analysis using As-Built vs As-Planned or Window analysis techniques as per contract requirements. * Prepare acceleration and mitigation programs if projects are not progressing as planned. * Ensure understanding and compliance with FIDIC Red Book (2017/2022) clauses related to claims, delays, and extension of time. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Supply Chain. **Certifications:** * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. **Technical Proficiency:** * Expertise in planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is mandatory. **Experience:** * Minimum of 15 years of experience in planning and monitoring high-end custom-made furniture, joinery, or similar projects. **Job Types:** Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
