Senior Planning Engineer

**Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * 10 years of experience as a Senior Planning Engineer in Dubai * Proven experience in horizontal/villas projects. **Responsibilities** * **Schedule Management**: Develop detailed baseline, revised, and recovery schedules for project execution, often using software like Primavera P6. * **Resource Management**: Allocate and track resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to tasks and optimize resource usage. * **Risk & Change Management**: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage changes to project scope through formal procedures. * **Progress Monitoring**: Track project progress against the plan, identify deviations, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders. * **Cost Management**: Assign costs to resources, develop cost breakdown structures, and use techniques like Earned Value Management (EVM) to assess performance. * **Stakeholder Communication**: Attend meetings, coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams, and communicate project status and issues to clients and consultants. * **Contractual Compliance**: Understand contract requirements, including milestones and payment terms, and ensure project activities comply with contractual obligations.
