Senior Planning Engineer (Consultant Company) - Join Immediately

**Job Title:** Senior Planning Engineer **Location:** Qatar **Job Type:** Full-time **Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced **Senior Planning Engineer** to lead project scheduling, planning, and progress monitoring for large-scale projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 10**+ years of experience** in **construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas** industries, ensuring project timelines and cost controls are met efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and manage **project schedules, baseline programs, and progress reports** using Primavera (P6). * Monitor and track project progress, highlighting delays and recommending corrective actions. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment. * Prepare **weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and forecast updates**. * Conduct **delay analysis, EOT claims, and recovery schedules** as required. * Assist in tender planning, including preparation of **resource histograms, manpower, and cash flow projections**. * Ensure planning deliverables comply with **Ashghal and client requirements**. * Support management in risk analysis and strategic decision-making. **Qualifications & Skills:** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering or related field**. * **10+ years of planning experience**, with at least 5 years in **consultancy in Qatar**. * Proven experience in **roads, highways, and infrastructure projects**. * Expert in **Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office**. * Strong knowledge of **QCS, Ashghal requirements, and international planning standards**. * Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills. * **UPDA/MMUP certification preferred**. * **Must be available to join immediately**.
