**Senior Planning Engineer – Roads & Bridges** **Abu Dhabi** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Planning Engineer** to support the development, monitoring, and control of project schedules for Roads & Bridges infrastructure projects. The role ensures accurate planning, progress tracking, delay analysis, and coordination with project teams to achieve timely and efficient project delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for Roads & Bridges projects using Primavera P6 / MS Project * Prepare baseline programs, updated schedules, and recovery plans in coordination with site teams * Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with approved timelines and milestones * Perform critical path analysis, delay analysis, and identify potential risks impacting project delivery * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to track and report progress * Support preparation of weekly, monthly, and management progress reports and dashboards * Review subcontractor schedules and integrate them into the master project program * Assist in claims preparation including Extension of Time (EOT) and delay analysis * Evaluate resource loading, productivity, and sequencing of construction activities * Provide planning support for forecasting, budgeting, and project controls functions **Qualifications & Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Minimum **7–12 years of experience** in project planning within construction or infrastructure projects * Strong experience in Roads & Bridges projects in UAE or GCC is highly preferred * Proficiency in **Primavera P6** (mandatory) and MS Project * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project sequencing * Experience in delay analysis and EOT claims preparation * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and coordination abilities * Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
