We are seeking candidates with strong expertise in construction procurement, subcontractor coordination, supplier management, material sourcing, and project procurement operations within the UAE construction market. Key Responsibilities: \* Managing the complete procurement cycle for construction projects \* Handling suppliers, subcontractors, and vendor negotiations \* Preparing procurement schedules and tracking material deliveries \* Ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining project quality and timelines \* Coordinating with project managers, site teams, and technical departments \* Evaluating quotations, preparing comparisons, and issuing purchase orders \* Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors across the UAE market Mandatory Requirements: \* Minimum \*\*10 to 15 years of UAE experience\*\* \* Experience must be \*\*STRICTLY within Construction / General Contracting Companies\*\* \* Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP, finishing, structural, and infrastructure procurement \* Excellent understanding of UAE suppliers, subcontractors, and market pricing \* Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills \* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously \* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant field preferred \* Immediate joiners will have an advantage Very Important Notice: Candidates whose experience is outside the construction and general contracting industry will NOT be considered.
