Senior Project Engineer

**Job Title:** Site Engineer / Project Manager (Real Estate Development) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer / Project Manager to oversee real estate development projects from execution through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, site management experience, and the ability to coordinate contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities and construction progress. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. * Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety compliance. * Review drawings, technical documents, and project specifications. * Ensure works are executed according to approved plans and regulations. * Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports. * Resolve technical and operational issues on-site efficiently. * Follow up on permits, approvals, inspections, and project documentation. * Support project handover and close-out processes. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development projects in the UAE. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, project coordination, and site supervision. * Experience managing contractors and multiple project stakeholders. * Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and UAE construction regulations. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office. * UAE driving license is preferred. Preferred: * Experience in residential and commercial real estate developments. * PMP certification is an advantage.
