Senior Project Manager – Main Contracting **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-Time Job Description We are looking for an experienced **Senior Project Manager** for a leading Main Contracting company in Dubai. The candidate must have strong experience in handling projects from initial authority approvals and mobilization through execution, handover, and project close-out. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Dubai authority regulations and approvals, including **Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, and RTA** requirements, along with strong planning and project execution capabilities. Key Responsibilities * Manage construction projects from initial stage to final handover. * Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and government authorities. * Handle project documentation, approvals, permits, and compliance requirements. * Ensure smooth coordination with: * Dubai Municipality (DM) * Trakhees * Dubai Development Authority (DDA) * Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) * Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans. * Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and cost control activities. * Manage project teams, site engineers, planning engineers, and subcontractors. * Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and quality standards. * Conduct progress meetings and provide regular updates to management. * Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Ensure HSE and QA/QC compliance on site.
