Senior Quantity Surveyor

Hiring: Quantity Surveyor | Dubai | AED 7,000 – 10,000 Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Construction / High-Rise & Villa Projects Salary: AED 7,000 – 10,000 Experience: 4–8 Years Preferred Job Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in High-Rise Building and Villa Construction Projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, subcontractor management, and project cost control. Key Responsibilities * Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for construction projects * Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements * Monitor project budgets, costs, and material quantities * Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements * Handle variations, interim valuations, and final account settlements * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and suppliers * Ensure cost control and commercial compliance throughout project execution * Prepare monthly cost reports and project progress documentation * Support procurement and contract administration activities Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying * 4–8 years of Quantity Surveying experience in UAE construction projects * Strong experience in High-Rise Towers and Villa Projects * Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, contracts, and cost control * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and QS/Estimation software * Strong analytical and negotiation skills * UAE experience preferred Benefits * Competitive Salary Package * Career Growth Opportunities * Professional Work Environment Apply Now: [email protected] Contact: 0509279689 NVR HR Solutions Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
