SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are looking for a highly experienced **Senior Quantity Surveyor** to join our growing team and play a key role in managing project costs, contracts, and commercial operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects. * Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, valuations, and variation orders. * Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes. * Review subcontractor claims, payments, and contract compliance. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients. * Ensure projects are delivered within budget while maximizing profitability. * Support tendering, procurement, and final account settlements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/engineering companies. * Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial management. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office. * GCC experience is highly preferred.
