Senior Quantity Surveyor

**Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Tunneling Projects)** **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced **Senior Quantity Surveyor** with a minimum of **10+ years of experience** in infrastructure projects, specifically **tunneling works**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, contract administration, and commercial control to ensure project profitability and compliance **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field * Minimum **10+ years of experience** as a Quantity Surveyor in **infrastructure/tunneling projects** * Strong experience in contract administration and commercial management * In-depth knowledge of cost control, estimation, and procurement processes * Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and UAE construction regulations * Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software/tools **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts * Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimation for **tunneling and underground works** * Administer contracts, including reviewing terms, variations, and claims * Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets * Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage payments * Prepare interim valuations, progress payments, and final accounts * Identify, assess, and manage project risks and cost impacts * Handle variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders on commercial matters * Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications * Prepare commercial reports and cost analysis for management Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
