Senior Quantity Surveyor-Interior Fit out

**Position** - Senior Quantity Surveyor - Interior Fit out **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Industry:** Interior Fit-Out / Joinery / Construction **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Senior Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit Out** to manage all commercial and contractual aspects of interior fit-out projects in UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong UAE experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, cost control, subcontract management, variation claims, and project commercial management for high-end fit-out projects. The candidate must possess strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to manage project budgets, procurement coordination, and client/consultant commercial discussions. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for interior fit-out projects. * Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents. * Review tender submissions, quotations, and contract documents. * Manage project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. * Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate commercial terms. * Prepare and verify interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts. * Handle project variations, claims, and change orders. * Monitor material procurement costs and supplier pricing. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and site teams. * Conduct site measurements and valuation assessments. * Ensure commercial compliance with contracts and company procedures. * Prepare commercial reports, cash flow forecasts, and project cost reports. * Support management in tendering and bid evaluation processes. * Maintain proper documentation for claims, invoices, and project records. * Participate in client and consultant commercial meetings. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5-7 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out projects. * Strong experience in commercial and residential fit-out projects. * Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation. * Experience with joinery, MEP, and finishing works pricing. * Strong understanding of FIDIC/contracts and UAE commercial practices. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Strong analytical and cost management abilities.
