Senior Resident Engineer

Job description: We are looking for an experienced, driven **Resident Engineer** with a wealth of industry knowledge. To ensure success, the ideal candidate should be comfortable on-site, attending site meetings and inspections. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate ideas, make recommendations, and negotiate project details with their team, subcontractors, and clients. **Duties & Responsibilities:** * Supervise all on-site construction and conducting site inspections. * Preparing and implementing project plans. * Researching and providing estimates for projects. * Reviewing government regulations and ordinances. * Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance. * Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems. * Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors. * Resolve day-to-day problems on the job site and inspect all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. **Requirements:** **Please read carefully before applying.** * Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. * Valid U.A.E Driving license * A minimum of 15 years of industry knowledge and experience * Great written and verbal communication skills. * Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD and REVIT. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design. * Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met. **Job Type**: Full Time / Permanent **Nationality:** Any Nationality **Salary**: Will discuss during personal interview based on work experience **Annual Vacation:** One month paid vacation after 12th month for the first year and after 11 month for the next years. **Location:** Bay Square, Business Bay, Dubai – UAE Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Dubai Electrical Engineer: 5 years (Preferred) * DEWA Approved: 1 year (Preferred) * Engineering Consultants: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
