Senior Road Engineer

**Overview** ------------ The Senior Road Engineer leads road supervision activities, ensures engineering compliance, and provides technical expertise for major road and highway projects. **Your role** ------------- * Lead and supervise road construction and pavement works. * Review and approve design documents, shop drawings, and method statements. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities. * Resolve technical challenges and ensure adherence to project specifications. * Monitor performance of asphalt plants, crushing plants, and field testing labs. * Ensure timely execution of works according to schedule and quality standards. * Conduct inspections and provide engineering recommendations. **About you** ------------- * Bachelor's/Master's'in Civil Engineering. * 12–15 years' experience in major road/highway projects. * Expertise in road design standards, pavement engineering, and materials testing. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. **Rewards & benefits** ---------------------- Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
