We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with a proven track record in the UAE interior design and fit-out industry and the ability to generate and convert leads into successful projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and secure new business opportunities within the interior design and fit-out sector. * Develop and maintain relationships with developers, real estate agencies, brokers, architects, consultants, property owners, and investors. * Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and market research. * Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to promote the company’s services. * Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals and commercial offers. * Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through project award. * Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development objectives. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. * Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking functions. **Requirements & Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field from a recognized university. * Minimum **5 years of UAE experience** in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the Interior Design, Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Architecture, or Real Estate sectors. * Strong understanding of the UAE interior design and fit-out market. * Established network and professional relationships with: * Property Developers * Real Estate Agencies and Brokers * Architects and Consultants * Property Owners and Investors * Proven track record of generating leads, securing meetings, and converting opportunities into awarded projects. * Experience in luxury interior design, high-end fit-out, or premium residential projects is highly preferred. * Arabic speaker preferred; fluency in English is mandatory. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). * Valid UAE Driving License. * Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet sales targets. * Professional appearance and strong commercial awareness. * Additional certifications in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or Business Development are an advantage. **To Apply: Please submit your updated CV along with a project portfolio highlighting completed luxury projects in Dubai via email: [email protected]** Work Location: In person
