We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue across our photography services and fine art print business. This role is strictly for individuals with proven sales capability in creative, media, or related industries. You will be responsible for acquiring corporate clients, event contracts, and direct-to-consumer print buyers, while building long-term commercial relationships. This is a performance-driven role suited for individuals who are confident in closing deals and generating consistent revenue. Key Responsibilities * Generate new business across: * Corporate event photography and videography * Commercial and architectural shoots * Government and large-scale event coverage * Fine art photo print sales (B2C and B2B) * Identify and approach decision-makers (marketing heads, event managers, procurement teams) * Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline * Handle end-to-end sales cycle: * Lead generation * Client meetings (virtual/in-person) * Proposal submission * Negotiation and closing * Promote and sell premium photography prints to: * Interior designers * Corporate offices * Hospitality sector * Individual buyers * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets * Collaborate with creative team to align client expectations with delivery * Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions Mandatory Requirements * Proven sales experience in photography, media, advertising, or creative industry * Strong track record of closing high-value deals * Ability to sell both services and physical/digital products * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Self-driven with a clear focus on revenue generation * Comfortable working with low fixed salary + high commission structure Preferred Profile * Female candidates preferred (open to all qualified candidates) * Experience dealing with corporate or government clients * Existing network in events, marketing, or media industry is a strong advantage * Understanding of visual content, branding, or creative services * Ability to work independently in a remote or flexible environment Compensation Structure * Low fixed base salary * Highly attractive commission on every deal closed * No cap on earnings – directly tied to performance What Success Looks Like * Consistent deal closures across services and print sales * Strong pipeline of repeat corporate clients * Contribution to brand growth and market presence * Ability to independently drive revenue without supervision Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
