**Role Summary and Impact**
As Senior Manager, Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening Xapads Media’s presence across the UAE market.
This role focuses on building and managing relationships with agencies and advertisers, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding branding-led solutions across CTV, programmatic, and display. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client objectives and market needs.
This is a hands-on role requiring a balance of strategic thinking, relationship management, and direct contribution to revenue outcomes.

**Role Responsibilities**
* Drive revenue growth across the UAE market, with a focus on branding-led solutions
* Build and maintain relationships with agencies, direct brands, and key decision-makers
* Identify and convert new business opportunities across agency and client ecosystems
* Present and position Xapads’ solutions across CTV, programmatic, display, and native formats
* Leverage performance capabilities (mobile and web) to expand revenue opportunities
* Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
* Collaborate with internal teams (Ad Operations, Strategy, Product) to ensure effective campaign delivery
* Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and client needs to refine sales approach
* Maintain a strong and consistent pipeline aligned with revenue targets

Requirements
**Skills and Experience**
* 10+ years of experience in digital media or AdTech sales within the UAE market
* Strong understanding of branding solutions across CTV, programmatic, display, and native formats
* Experience in performance marketing (mobile and web)
* Established relationships with agencies and advertisers in the UAE
* Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
**Additional Experience**
* Experience working with regional or global campaigns
* Familiarity with programmatic ecosystems and agency buying models
* Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
