Run what runs the world. **Your role and responsibilities** In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and ABB guidelines. Each day, you will deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by working with customer to identify opportunities in the installed base, to improve system performance and operational performance. The work model for the role is: **Hybrid (Onsite & Remote)** This role is contributing to the the AUPI in Saudi Arabia. Main stakeholders are Metals, Steel, Aluminum & Other Process Industries in **Saudi Arabia.** You will be mainly accountable for: * Contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work as per customer order and expectations. * Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations. * Taking actions to identify new service business opportunities for ABB, in close cooperation with customer and other ABB teams. * Coaching technicians and engineers and supervising complex site activities. *Our team dynamics* You will join a **high performing** team, where you will be able to thrive. **Qualifications for the role** * You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with automation technologies in Process Industries market. * Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have min **5** years of experience in **Electrical / Control / Automation for Process Industries.** * Preferably worked in High Rectifier system , DC Isolaters, DC Current metering Units, Thyristors / Diode firing & Cooling System * Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in in **Engineering, Testing, Commissioning , Service, Maintanence & Overall Project Execution.** * You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around Team work, Collaborative, Problem solving, Analytical Thinking, Proactive, and Customer Service Mindset * Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of **Electrical / Control / Automation** * You are at ease communicating in English We empower you to take the lead, share bold ideas, and shape real outcomes.
