Senior Site Engineer

**Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage **steel structure fabrication and erection activities** at site * Plan, execute, and monitor daily site works in line with **approved drawings and project schedules** * Coordinate closely with **fabrication yards, logistics teams, and erection crews** * Conduct and attend **Project Director, Consultant, and Client meetings** * Prepare and present **weekly and monthly progress reports** * Review and ensure compliance of **shop drawings, method statements, and ITPs** * Supervise **erection sequences, lifting plans, and alignment activities** * Ensure all works comply with **project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations** * Identify site issues and propose **technical and practical solutions** * Coordinate with **QA/QC and HSE teams** to maintain high project standards * Manage **material inspections, site storage, and traceability** * Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity * Ensure timely **handover of completed works** * Support Project Manager in **planning, cost control, and risk management** * Maintain proper **site documentation and correspondence** * Ensure compliance with **Saudi Aramco / NEOM / Royal Commission / Local Authority standards** (if applicable) **Technical Skills & Competencies:** * Strong knowledge of **structural steel erection methods** * Ability to read and interpret **GFC, IFC, and shop drawings** * Familiar with **cranes, heavy lifting operations, and erection methodologies** * Working knowledge of **Primavera / MS Project** (preferred) * Proficient in **AutoCAD and MS Office** * Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities **Qualification & Experience:** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering** * **4–10+ years** experience in **steel fabrication and erection projects** * Previous experience working in **Saudi Arabia** preferred * Valid **transferable Iqama** is an advantage **Personal Attributes:** * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Strong decision-making and site leadership capabilities * Proactive, disciplined, and result-oriented Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
