Ensure scalability, performance, security, and code quality across all products. **Team Leadership** Mentor Senior, Mid-Level, and Junior engineers. Conduct architecture reviews, performance evaluations, and technical coaching that elevates the engineering organization. **Software Delivery** Oversee development roadmaps, sprint planning, technical execution, release management, and delivery performance across multiple engineering teams. **Technical Architecture** Drive architectural decisions, code standards, infrastructure planning, and engineering best practices that support long-term platform growth. **Stakeholder Management** Present technical strategies, engineering roadmaps, and delivery updates to executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams. You can explain not only how systems are built—but why they drive business success. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **What We Are Looking For?** **Experience** 8+ years in software engineering, platform development, or enterprise technology, with at least 3+ years in engineering leadership or management roles. **Technical Expertise** Strong background in distributed systems, backend architecture, cloud environments, APIs, database design, and software security practices. **Leadership Skills** Proven experience leading engineering teams, scaling products, managing technical debt, and delivering high-performance software solutions. **Communication Skills** Fluent English is required for technical documentation, leadership communication, and client-facing engagements. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage. **Mindset** You are pragmatic, technically sharp, and execution-focused.
