Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence. **Architecture and Delivery:** Drive system design and architecture decisions. Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across all projects. **End-to-End Execution:** Oversee the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and continuous improvement. **Process Optimization:** Implement and refine engineering processes, including Agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, and quality assurance standards. **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate with product, business, and executive stakeholders. Translate business goals into clear technical strategies and deliverables. **Performance and Quality:** Monitor system performance and reliability. Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and security are consistently followed. **What We Are Looking For:** **Experience:** 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role. **Technical Expertise:** Strong experience in backend or full-stack development using technologies such as Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python. **Cloud and DevOps:** Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern DevOps practices including containerization and CI/CD. **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in fast-paced environments. **Communication:** Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical teams with business priorities. **Mindset:** You are strategic and pragmatic.
