Senior Solution Architect

We are looking for a **Senior Solution Architect** to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing digital banking solutions, with a focus on **Digital Products and Corporate Banking platforms**. This role will play a critical part in defining end-to-end architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving innovation across modern banking ecosystems. **Requirements** **Key Responsibilities****1. Solution Design & Delivery** * Design and deliver **end-to-end architecture solutions** across digital and corporate banking platforms * Translate business requirements into **scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions** * Own architecture artifacts including **HLDs, LLDs, and solution design documents** * Ensure timely delivery of architecture outputs aligned with project timelines * Drive **integration strategies** across core banking, payment systems, and third-party platforms **2. Platform Reliability, Security & Performance** * Architect **resilient, highly available, and secure systems** aligned with enterprise standards * Embed **security architecture principles** (IAM, encryption, API security, zero-trust) across solutions * Ensure compliance with **banking regulations and security frameworks** * Optimize system performance, scalability, and fault tolerance **3. Architecture Governance & Best Practices** * Define and promote **reusable architecture patterns, blueprints, and frameworks** * Conduct **architecture reviews and peer review sessions** to ensure quality and consistency * Drive adoption of **modern architecture practices** (microservices, API-first, cloud-native) * Improve architecture workflows through **automation and standardization** **4. Stakeholder Collaboration** * Act as a **bridge between business, product, and engineering teams** * Work closely with stakeholders to align architecture with **business goals and product strategy** * Provide technical leadership and guidance across cross-functional teams **5. Knowledge Sharing & Leadership** * Conduct **technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions** for teams * Mentor engineers and junior architects, fostering a **culture of technical excellence** * Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the architecture practice **6. Continuous Learning & Development** * Stay updated with **emerging technologies, fintech trends, and architecture practices** * Actively contribute to personal and team growth through **learning, coaching, and mentoring** **Required Skills & Experience** * 8+ years of experience in **solution architecture / software architecture** * Strong background in **digital banking and corporate banking systems** * Expertise in **Solution Architecture and Security Architecture** * Hands-on experience with: * + **Microservices architecture & API design** + **Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)** + **Integration patterns and middleware** + **DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines** * Strong understanding of: * + **Banking systems (Core Banking, Payments, Channels)** + **Security frameworks and best practices** * Experience in **designing scalable, distributed systems** **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **UAE/GCC banking domain** * Certifications in **Cloud / Architecture / Security (TOGAF, AWS, Azure, etc.)** * Exposure to **modern digital banking platforms and fintech ecosystems** **What We’re Looking For** * Strong **problem-solving and strategic thinking** * Ability to **own and drive architecture decisions end-to-end** * Excellent **stakeholder management and communication skills** * Passion for building **secure, scalable, and future-ready systems**
