Senior Structural Engineer

**Position and Responsibilities** Job Title: **Structural Engineer** **Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:** **1. Design & Analysis** Perform structural analysis and design using industry-standard software (e.g., **ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, Revit**). Develop **detailed structural drawings** (reinforcement, formwork, etc.) using **AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools**. Ensure compliance with **local & international codes** (ACI, AISC, Eurocodes, BS, etc.) and project specifications. 2. Coordination & Collaboration Coordinate with **architectural, MEP, and civil teams** to ensure **clash-free, integrated designs**. Attend **design coordination meetings** and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants. 3. Authority Approvals & Compliance Prepare and review **submission packages** for regulatory approvals (e.g., **DM (Dubai Municipality), Trakhees, ADM, etc.**).Liaise with **authorities and third-party reviewers** to facilitate design approvals. 4. Site Supervision & Construction Support Conduct **site inspections** to verify compliance with approved designs and specifications. Assist in resolving **construction-related issues** (e.g., design discrepancies, material deviations). 5. Review & Quality Assurance Review **shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements** for alignment with design intent. Address **RFIs (Requests for Information)** and provide technical clarifications. Work Location: In person
