We are committed to delivering efficient, sustainable, and innovative building solutions. **Position Overview** **Responsibilities:** Structural calculations and analysis Structural stability reports Load calculations for mezzanines, platforms, equipment supports, façade elements, and modifications Preparation and stamping of structural drawings Coordination with Dubai Municipality for structural approvals If You Are Registering a Fit-Out Company Dubai Municipality may require that structural submissions be prepared and certified by a: Licensed Structural Engineer (registered with the relevant UAE authorities and eligible to sign structural documents). Location: Al Qouz, Dubai, UAE Company: HighEnd Interior Decoration LLC Employment Type: Full-Time **Key Responsibilities** * Design and review HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems * Prepare technical drawings, calculations, and specifications * Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural designs * Conduct site inspections and monitor installation progress * Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and regulations * Review contractor shop drawings and material submittals * Identify and resolve design and installation conflicts * Prepare cost estimates and project documentation * Support commissioning and handover processes **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field * Minimum **5 years of relevant MEP project experience** * Strong knowledge of HVAC, power distribution, lighting, and plumbing systems * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant design software * Solid understanding of building codes and industry standards * Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project managers * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities **Preferred Qualifications** * Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred) * Experience in commercial, hospital, hotel, or high-rise projects * Knowledge of energy-efficient and sustainable design practices * Experience with BIM coordination **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience * Professional development and certification support * Career growth opportunities * Collaborative work environment **How to Apply** Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume through LinkedIn or Indeed.
