Senior Telecom & IT Manager (Saudi preferred)

**Overview** ------------ The Telecom & IT Director will be responsible for overseeing the public transport network's telecommunications infrastructure and the team that manages it. In addition to managing operations and strategy, the role will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients and stakeholders. This means the role is the primary liaison for all telecommunications-related matters, ensuring clear communication and alignment between the telecom team's work and the needs of the project. **Your role** ------------- * As part of the IT/Telecom Infrastructure Owner's team, take charge of the operation & maintenance of the project's data center and Telecom infrastructure composed of a large and critical fibre optic network and SIMs communication network. * Hands-on management and supervision of the Operation and Maintenance of Telecom infrastructure * Lead a team of experts and inspectors to manage and supervise the IT and Telecom Contractor performing the Operation & Maintenance of those assets. * Ensure robust monitoring of the NOC by his team. * Set-up performance-based monitoring tools as well as monitor performance of these Contractor. * Guide the team in relation to Cybersecurity compliance and the associated change management. **About you** ------------- * Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related Engineering field * A minimum of 15 years' experience in design as well as operation of Data Centers and Telecom infrastructure * Experience managing large scale projects Experience in public transport related project would be an advantage **Mandatory Skills** * Contract management * Leadership skills * Data oriented mind with attention to details * Very good level of spoken and written English language **Rewards & benefits** ---------------------- Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
