Site Civil Engineer

The Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, coordinating, and executing construction projects while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. The role involves site management, contractor coordination, quantity verification, and project documentation from commencement to completion. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution * Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. * Plan, organize, and supervise all civil construction activities on site. * Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority requirements. * Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget. Site Management * Conduct regular site inspections and supervise construction activities. * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. * Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on site. * Verify setting out, levels, dimensions, and construction quality. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * UAE minimum one experience in construction, fit-out, infrastructure, or building projects preferred. * Valid UAE Driving License preferred. * Knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements. Skills Required * AutoCAD and construction drawing interpretation. * Project planning and scheduling. * Quantity take-off and estimation. * Site supervision and quality control. * Knowledge of MS Office and project management software. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
