Site Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities & Requirements – Civil Experience – Fit-Out & Construction) Job Responsibilities: * Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for MEP works in fit-out and construction projects. * Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine material, labor, and equipment costs. * Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain competitive pricing. * Assist in value engineering to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and compliance with client requirements. * Ensure estimates align with UAE regulations, industry standards, and authority approvals (DM, DEWA, ADDC, ADCDA, ADM etc.). * Support project teams during bidding, negotiation, and contract finalization. * Review and update cost databases for fit-out and construction MEP works. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. * 3-4 years of UAE experience in MEP estimation for fit-out and construction projects. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and civil works. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Estimation Software, and MS Excel. * Familiarity with local authority standards and approval processes. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Must have UAE valid driving license * ready to join immediately.
