Job Vacancy: Site Electrical EngineerCompany: Albab Co for General Contracting Ltd.Location: Baghdad, Iraq (On-site)Employment Type: Full-timeRole Description:We are seeking a full-time, on-site Site Electrical Engineer based in Baghdad. You will be responsible for the direct field supervision of execution teams and subcontractors, focusing heavily on electrical installations, cable terminations, glanding work, and instrumentation setups.& Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision: Guide and direct on-site technicians, electrical teams, and subcontractors.Cable Termination & Glanding: Oversee and quality-check low/medium voltage cable terminations and glanding of various sizes.Instrumentation: Supervise the installation of field instruments; read and interpret P&ID and loop diagrams.Quality & Tracking: Monitor daily installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings and single-line diagrams.Coordination: Collaborate with civil and mechanical site teams to resolve technical clashes immediately.Testing & Commissioning: Support testing and commissioning for power distribution networks, panels, and transformers.• Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on site experience in construction, contracting, or EPC projects (Oil & Gas or Industrial environments preferred).Technical Skills: Proven experience in cable termination/ glanding and solid knowledge of power distribution systems(LV/MV networks).Skills: Strong leadership and ability to interpret electricaldrawing packages and load schedules.How to Apply:Please send your CV or contact us via:Email: [email protected] Phone: +964 783 497 8797
