Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with the following skills and qualifications **Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage the planning and execution of oil and gas projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines - Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including design, construction, and commissioning phases - Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project delivery - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, and champion a safety-first culture throughout all project activities - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities - Prepare and present project status reports, performance metrics, and other relevant documentation to senior management and project stakeholders **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, petroleum, or related field; master's degree or professional certification is a plus - Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the oil and gas industry, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget - In-depth knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools, with a strong focus on safety and quality standards - Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, or similar applications - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders - Fluency in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Job Type: Full-time Experience: * Project engineer: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: * UAE Driving License (Required) Location: * Sharjah (Preferred)
