Site Engineer

**Position:** Site Engineer – Roads & Infrastructure **Experience Required:** Minimum 5+ Years **Industry:** Civil Construction / Roads & Infrastructure Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily site operations and ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings and specifications. * Monitor road and infrastructure works including earthworks, drainage, utilities, asphalt, paving, and related activities. * Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams for smooth site execution. * Ensure work progress meets project schedules and quality standards. * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site. * Prepare daily reports, work progress updates, and site documentation. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality procedures, and project requirements. * Coordinate material requests, manpower allocation, and equipment usage. * Assist in quantity verification and site measurements. * Support project engineers and construction managers in achieving project targets. Requirements * Minimum 5+ years of experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects. * Good knowledge of road construction methods, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure works. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. * Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
