Site Engineer

**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure the successful delivery of construction and fit-out projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. * Monitor site progress and report project status, issues, and delays. * Review drawings and identify discrepancies before execution. * Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available to meet project requirements. * Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards. * Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental requirements on site. * Prepare site reports, daily progress updates, and inspection records. * Coordinate authority inspections, consultant approvals, and project handovers. * Assist in quantity take-offs, material requests, and procurement coordination. * Support project close-out activities, snagging, and final handover. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in construction, fit-out, refurbishment, or MEP projects. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Knowledge of UAE construction standards, site practices, and safety regulations. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities. * UAE driving license is an advantage. **Skills** * Site Supervision * Project Coordination * Quality Control * Health & Safety Compliance * Technical Drawing Interpretation * Problem Solving * Time Management * Teamwork and Communication Work Location: In person
