The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. **Responsibilities**: * Supervise construction activities and coordinate with contractors and project managers. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. * Manage resources, including materials and labor. * Resolve technical and logistical issues as they arise. * Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress reports. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Previous experience in construction site management . * Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
